Our Story

What started as a garage obsession in 2018 has become Melbourne's destination for single-origin specialty coffee. We travel to farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala to source beans that tell a story.

Every batch is roasted in our 12kg Probat, guided by nose, ear, and decades of collective experience. We believe coffee is a craft — not a commodity.
